This year, the 'Prince' will unveil a new editorial board to express the paper's official position on campus issues. We are recruiting students of all backgrounds to join our board in February and help comment on, analyze and write about the many hot topics being discussed in dining halls, eating clubs and Nassau Hall. For 127 years the 'Prince' has expressed its opinion on often controversial topics, but few times in our history have non-staff members had the chance to help forge our views. We invite you to help decide the position of the paper as an editorial board member.
Members will be asked to write an unsigned editorial a few times per month and will have the chance to write occasional columns. Each week we will also meet to discuss issues and determine our view. Ideally, you will be passionate about what is great at Princeton, but also what needs to be improved. A lot of experience in journalism is not necessary, but an open mind and an eager personality are.
We'd love for you to submit an application to join us. Applications are at www.dailyprincetonian.com/join/edits.
