'Troy: After and Before' blends past and present

"Perhaps it is necessary to see the end before you can understand the beginning," Tim Vasen, a lecturer in the Program in Theater & Dance, wrote in his Director's Note for the program's fall production, "Troy: After and Before." The production is a double billing of Aeschylus' "Agamemnon," translated by late comparative literature professor Robert Fagles, and Euripides' "Iphigenia at Aulis," presented in a new translation by Lucas Barron '09.
