O’Shea lost to 20-time champion Julia Collins. She finished the game with $8,200.

The Final Jeopardy O'Shea failed to answer correctly was: This capital city, which at 12,330 miles is farthest from Madrid, is named for a soldier who spent time in Madrid. She responded incorrectly with “What is Santiago?” The correct response was "What is Wellington?"

O’Shea won the Jeopardy College Championship in February and was, as a result, featured in the “Tournament of Champions,” which features the past two seasons' most successful contestants. O’Shea and 13 other champions were competing for a grand prize of $250,000.

O’Shea left the tournament with $10,000. She plans to put the winnings toward traveling the world after she graduates and purchasing books to build up her own library.
