Cheese Grits

Ingredients:

1 cup grits 3/4 jar Cheez Whiz 1/2 cup butter 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons liquid smoke Directions:

- Cook the grits in four cups boiling water with one teaspoon salt for about three to five minutes. - Melt the butter and the cheese together, being careful not to burn either. - Beat the eggs and the milk together. - Add the eggs, milk, butter, cheese and liquid smoke to the grits. - Pour it all into a casserole. - Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
