The Princeton men’s track and field team captured its 17th Outdoor Heps title at the 82nd annual Outdoor Heps Championships held May 6 and 7 at Yale. With an entire team effort, the Tigers edged out second-place Cornell 156 to 149 points for its fifth title in the past seven years.
The Princeton men’s and women’s track and field teams competed at the 123rd Penn Relay Carnival held at UPenn and at the 2017 Lion’s Invitational held at TCNJ this past weekend.
The Princeton Track and Field teams traveled to Austin, Texas this past weekend to compete at the Texas Invitational — a two-day event held April 14 and 15.
In windy weather on April 7 and 8, the Princeton Track and Field program competed at the Sam Howell Invitational in their first home meet of the season. There was no team scoring at the meet, but on the women’s side, the Tigers won nine events, and on the men’s side, the Tigers won eight events.

The men and women’s track and field teams concluded their seasons at the Indoor Track and Field Heptagonal Championships held at the Armory Track in New York City on Feb. 25 and 26. Saying that the meet was exciting would be an understatement. Many Princeton alumni came to cheer on the teams alongside families and friends of the competitors.
