Hobson College Dining Hall, which is set to open in 2027, will have an entire Halal-certified station. The announcement comes after years of discussions between Campus Dining and MSA to improve access to Halal dining options for Muslim students on campus.

The “drunk meal” food truck outside of Frist Campus Center was quietly discontinued this semester due to slow sales. However, “drunk meal” inside of Frist continues to only operate on Saturdays, with the only late-night dining options available to students on Thursdays and Fridays being the U-Store and Studio 34, which close at 2 a.m., and Wawa, which is open 24 hours.

The University has officially introduced five new minors for the 2024–25 academic year: bioengineering, European studies, history of art, mathematics, and religion. Sixteen existing certificate programs have also recently transitioned into minors.
