Following their three-game sweep against Columbia last weekend, the Tigers went 2–1 against Cornell in Ithaca over the weekend. They are now tied with the Crimson at the top of the Ivy standings.

In a hard fought game, the Hounds were able to outscore the Tigers nearly every quarter, cementing a 20–10 defeat for the Tigers. The Tigers will return to Ivy League play at noon this Saturday, April 15 at home against Brown.

“Mid-week games are interesting, because they always hold a bunch of different pitching,“ said Head Coach Scott Bradley to The Daily Princetonian. “I am very proud of our offense and at-bats. To win a game going into Columbia [this weekend] should give us some confidence.”

Baseball will be in Philadelphia, Pa. on Saturday as they face off against the Penn Quakers for a three-game series. The first pitch of the double-header is set for 11:30 a.m., followed by a game on Sunday beginning at 12 p.m.

This weekend, the Tigers will play a three-game series against the Penn Quakers, where they look to continue their success in Ivy League play. The Tigers currently have the most wins (5) in the Ivy League, and the second-best record behind only the Dartmouth Big Green.
