Return of ‘the biggest social event on the East Coast’
Luc CohenIn the fall of 1967, a team of “special scouts” from The Daily Princetonian and Tiger Magazine went on a trip to eight women’s liberal arts colleges along the East Coast. Their goal: “to select go-go girls for the 1967 ‘Prince’-Tiger Dance,” the ‘Prince’ reported in an article on Nov. 3 of that year. Below the text, the paper had printed the pictures of two of the top candidates — both from Connecticut College — along with self-submitted captions.
