The University has made a donation of $100,000 to the stewardship fund of the town's public library. The head of the library announced the donation on Thursday, Planet Princeton reported.
The stewardship fund provides an endowment that is available to serve the needs of the library, including upgrades and improvements. The University has donated to the library many times since beginning its relationship in 1909. Notably, the University donated $300,000 to fund the library's construction of a new building in 2000.
