Students were unable to access the Student Course Online Registration Engine at the beginning of the formal course add/drop period for less than an hour due to an error made in the Office of the Registrar on Monday morning.
The Office did not lift a hold on SCORE that generally prevents students from accessing their accounts every night from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. The hold was scheduled to be lifted at 7 a.m. on Monday morning, but was erroneously left on the system. Students who attempted to access their accounts shortly after 7 a.m. on Monday were not able to log in.
The Registrar’s office was notified of the problem and took action to release the hold. The undergraduate student body received an email from Deputy Registrar Sally Gonzalez at 9:09 a.m. notifying them that they had functional access to SCORE.
