Film: Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown
Come see the free Subtitles Film Society showing of this quirky Spanish film. Don’t be fooled by the 1988 production date; this black comedy, directed by the critically acclaimed Pedro Almodovar, features the likes of Antonio Banderas. If that’s not enough, the plot features poisonous gazpacho, a Shiite terrorist attack on Stockholm and love triangles galore. What’s not to love? There will also be free food and drinks as well as a short discussion after the movie.
