Princeton Borough Police charged a University student early Sunday morning with urinating in public, harassment, resisting arrest and hindering apprehension, according to a police statement.
Nicholas Brown '04 was stopped by police at about 4 a.m. Sunday for urinating in public on Prospect Ave., the statement said.
Borough Police allege that Brown fled the scene on foot and was then confronted by a Borough Police officer, whom Brown pushed in the chest before fleeing again.
After running into Princeton Township, two officers apprehended Brown, the statement said.
Brown could not be reached for comment. He is set to appear in court on April 21.
This follows other alleged incidents in the past month.
Last week, two students were charged with assaulting the visitor of another student.
Early on the morning of Friday, March 28, Borough Police said they found three students who had been taking a joy ride in a University staffer's car they had stolen outside Robertson Hall.
Early on Friday morning, an unknown person stole a leaf blower from a locked closet in Frist Campus Center, a Borough Police statement said.
Last week there were two alleged cases of undergraduates driving while intoxicated. Those students will appear in court April 25.
