Men's Water Polo: Princeton tops UCSD, takes 3rd at NCAAs
BERKELEY, Calif. — With less than 30 seconds remaining in the NCAA Men’s Water Polo Consolation Game, No. 13 Princeton held the ball and an 8-7 lead over No. 10 University of California, San Diego. A failed attempt at a goal followed by a big defensive stop would see the Tigers through to victory, but a goal would put the game away for good. Freshman center Thomas Nelson elected to go with option two.
