Princeton baseball (11–22, 6–9 Ivy) kicked off the second half of its Ivy League campaign with a strong series in Ithaca this past weekend, taking two out of three from the Big Red (9–21, 4–11) as visitors at Hoy Field. Buoyed by strong outings from senior LHP Ryan Smith in the opening game and junior RHP Andrew Gnazzo in the rubber match, the Tigers showed the league what they can do with a squad at nearly full strength.

It was a weekend of ups and downs in DeNunzio Pool for the women’s swimming and diving team, as they finished third overall in an Ivy League championship meet that head coach Bret Lundgaard knew would be difficult to win from the onset.

In the second day of Ivy League Championship competition, sophomore Sine Scribbick picked up Princeton's first event win in the 1-meter diving competition, edging out Yale's Talbot Paulsen by one-tenth of a point. She was joined on the podium by senior Carolyn MacFarlane (3rd) and junior Mimi Lin (7th).

In a split weekend for the swimming and diving program, both the men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams traveled to New York for meets with the Columbia Lions. The Princeton women narrowly lost in Percy Uris Natatorium on Friday, dropping to 6–1 on the season (4–1 Ivy), and the men continued their unbeaten run on Saturday to climb to 6–0 (4–0 Ivy).

The men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams competed in the annual Big Al Invite in DeNunzio Pool over the weekend. The men (2–0, 0–0 Ivy) continued their strong start to the season, besting the field of five teams, while the women (2–0, 0–0) faltered and finished fifth.

In their final tune-up before the conference-heavy home stretch of the season, Princeton men’s soccer (6–4–1, 1–0–1 Ivy League) dominated St John’s on paper for most of regulation but were unable to score in the first 90 minutes. It took only two minutes after the start of overtime, however, for junior forward/midfielder Cole Morokhovich to find the back of the net, scoring the first goal of his career and winning the game for the Tigers.
