About The Daily Princetonian

Founded in 1876, The Daily Princetonian is Princeton University’s only daily student news publication. It is student-run, not-for-profit, and financially independent from the University. The Daily Princetonian (or, more fondly, the ‘Prince’) features coverage on a comprehensive and diverse range of topics, which includes world news headlines, local politics, administrative decisions and developments, opinion columns and op-eds, campus activities, and film and music reviews. ‘Prince’ alumni include Pulitzer Prize winners, Supreme Court Justices, and U.S. presidents.

The Daily Princetonian maintains a staff of nearly 200 undergraduate students. The current Editor-in-Chief is Jon Ort ’21, and the current Business Managers are Louis Aaron ’22 and Carter Gipson ’21.
