How to Get Into Princeton in 2020: The Essay
College admissions processes across the country have changed significantly in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this series, we meet with first-years to discuss what it takes to get into Princeton in these unprecedented times and to hear their best advice on various parts of the application.
This video covers the essay, both in the general application and in the Princeton supplement. The essay is one of the most fundamental pieces of the application, bringing the student to life off of the paper and differentiating you from a series of activities, test scores, and grades. Some may argue that their essay is the reason they were admitted to Princeton.
