Do you know why you keep up with the Kardashians? According to Ray J’s 2013 single “I Hit It First,” it’s because of him that the seemingly never-ending reality show garnered interest in the first place. In his own right, Ray J is a singer, songwriter, producer and actor with four studio albums under his belt and a fifth, titled “Raydiation 2,” in the works. He is perhaps best known among our generation for his 2007 single, “Sexy Can I,” which at its peak occupied the number-two spot on Billboard’s Top 40.
