On March 30, officers were notified that a racial slur written in ink was found in an elevator. In addition, several other incidents of graffiti were identified, but they consisted of “marks of just nonsense,” Public Safety Captain Donald Reichling said in an email.
The marks were removed before officers could examine and photograph them.
Reichling also noted that someone also removed a map from the elevator.
Public Safety is investigating the incidents.
