Concert: Princeton University Opera’s ‘Albert Herring’
The Princeton University Opera presents Benjamin Britten’s “Albert Herring,” a comedic opera in three acts. The opera takes place in a turn-of-the-century English village, where the inhabitants discover a shocking lack of chaste young women to run in the Mayday Festival. Due to his supposed bashfulness, Albert is put in charge of the festival, only to surprise all the villagers by launching a memorable night of revelry. Come support your classmates, laugh along with the performance and enjoy an art form that may be unfamiliar to some.

Mission Impossible I, II and III just not enough for you? Need more explosions, car chases and Tom Cruise? If yes, then Princeton Garden Theatre has just the ticket (pun intended). In “Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol,” Ethan Hunt and his team chase down a terrorist planning a nuclear strike on the United States. The terrorist, Hendricks, aims to use Russian nuclear launch codes (Did the Cold War ever end?), and the chase spans across the globe. After a disastrous attempt to catch Hendricks at the Kremlin, the president of the United States is forced to initiate Ghost Protocol. Hunt and his team will be on their own and without backup. The action-packed pursuit leads the intrepid American heroes from Dubai to Mumbai. Will Tom Cruise succeed once again, or will the Russians prevail?
