University undergraduates Marius Constantin ’14 and Abraham Chaibi ’14 were arrested on Sept. 8 after they allegedly attempted to purchase alcohol with a fake ID, according to the Borough police blotter.
Borough police officers reported seeing Chaibi making the purchase with a false ID at Varsity Liquors on Nassau Street.
He was charged with tampering with public records, underage possession of alcohol and providing alcohol to a minor.
Constantin was charged with underage alcohol possession.
