Farewell from the eds

It’s our last issue as editors of Street, and so we wanted to include a quick note saying bye and how much we’ve enjoyed our time. We’ve tackled some seriously breaking news stories this year, from all-nighters to Internet procrastination, from home brewing to the unstoppable rise of social awkwardness on campus (replete with amazing do-it-yourself diagrams).

We’ve also had the privilege to cover some stellar campus performances, such as DiSiac’s “Flux” last weekend and the Program in Theater’s production of “The Good Person of Setzuan,” which received a coveted five paws from our critic Joseph Dexter.

And lest we forget, we’ve interviewed some major celebs as well: talking hardcore rap with Immortal Technique and sleazy movies with auteur director John Waters.

We’d like to thank all our readers for loyally sticking with us — as well as our fabulous online commenters always ready to weigh in with an informed and interesting opinion.
