The primary resources that Wilson School students — including those enrolled in the certificate program — have exclusive access to are task forces and internship funding. The Wilson School's website states that the school offers between 10 and 12 seminars each semester. If the school maintains a cap of 10 students per seminar (as recent task force enrollment data suggests is current practice), between 100 and 120 seats are available in total. This means that between 10 and 30 more students could be enrolled in a task force. Moreover, internship funding is application-based, and consequently, the school would not have to increase funding if it were unable to. Thesis funding from the school — a significant budget item — is available to students in all departments as long as they are writing on public policy or international relations.
