Borough Police were called to Foulke Hall when the intoxicated Kneeland refused to be taken to a hospital, the Trenton Times reported.
According to the Trenton Times, Kneeland allegedly struggled with authorities physically and verbally and attempted to evade arrest by hiding under his bed. Kneeland also struck Patrol Officer James Dodd during the altercation.
Authorities strapped Kneeland to a stretcher and forcibly took him to the University Medical Center, where he reportedly attempted to bite a nurse and then reportedly twisted her hand.
Kneeland could not be reached for comment but is facing charges for his alleged assaults on the officer and nurse.
Borough Police Lt. David Dudeck could not be reached for comment.
