Q: How is your community at home affected by your absence?
A: I was the last child of my family to leave home. I think I was a little over due because I was by far the youngest; my older brother and sister are 30 and 34. It was definitely time to get the boot. Sure, I was the "golden boy" of high school in terms of academics, but I'm sure that there is somebody else in the lower grade. There is always someone else, so I don't think that is pertinent.
Q: Which physical items will you take from Princeton back home with you?
A: Besides the 10 milion T-shirts, I'd say I like to collect Princeton notebooks. For my first couple of years I always bought the Princeton binder. Of course hats, hoodies and the freebies that come with being at Princeton. As long as it remains relatively fashionable I will keep it.
Q: How has your view of your home community changed since you got to Princeton?
A: I can't quite put it into words, I don't know whether its the result of me changing or the result of me being away. There is a sense that things are different when I return to home; I can't quite verbalize it. It's just the sentiment.
