Dear Sexpert,
I know this seems like a silly question, but I just have to ask it. In the song "Crank Dat" by Soulja Boy, there is a line that says "superman that ho." What exactly does this mean? I know it's sexual, but I'm a little confused.

Dear Lyrically Challenged,
You are indeed correct in your assumption that "to superman" someone has a sexual connotation. Superman-ing someone is when a male ejaculates on the back of his partner, male or female (though the song lyrics indicate a female partner). The semen is then left on the individual's back while he or she is sleeping. The term "to Superman" arises from Superman's cape: when the bedsheet sticks to the semen on the person's back, it looks like the person is wearing a cape of sorts.

Dear Sexpert,
I've heard that both men and women can have multiple orgasms. How does this happen?
— The More the Merrier
Dear Merrier,
The time that elapses between a first orgasm and when an individual is able to have a second orgasm is called the refractory period. For women, this period can be very short or nonexistent. Women are able to experience multiple orgasms by relaxation and continued stimulation after the first orgasm has been achieved. Not only is this possible for many women, but subsequent orgasms are reported as often being stronger and more pleasurable. As you may have seen depicted on "Grey's Anatomy," there have even been isolated reports of women who experience near-constant orgasms.
For men, multiple orgasms are rarer but still possible. If a man manages to refrain from ejaculating during his orgasm, he is more likely to experience multiple orgasms, since ejaculation increases the refractory period. Men who have been successful in having multiple orgasms have achieved them by a couple of different methods. One method involves putting pressure on the perineum, the space between the scrotum and anus, but this is dangerous because it can result in semen being deposited in the bladder instead of leaving the body through the urethra. Men can also achieve multiple orgasms by relaxing and attempting to exert mental and physical control over the process. Good luck and be patient if you attempt this!
