Women's rugby
Following a second-place finish at the 2004 national championships this May, the women's rugby team is looking forward to another successful run this year. The team defeated defending national champion Penn St., 36-0, in a friendly last week. The team has also posted a 54-0 win over West Chester University, where rugby is a varsity sport.
The team is led by sophomore Lix Inkellis, who is the top scorer with nine tries. Sophomore Casey Gallagher is second with six tries.
Women's ultimate frisbee
The women's ultimate team took its show on the road over Fall Break. They competed in tournaments at Rutgers and Haverford. Princeton defeated Columbia, Swarthmore, Maryland, and Loca (a Philadelphia club team) to finish in fifth place at Rutgers.
Women's sailing
The women's sailing team won the Princeton Women's Open, their home regatta, this past weekend. They topped five teams to earn the win. Senior Julie Bert and sophomore Tracey Harrop sailed in the A division, with junior Hilary Minot and sophomore Adriana Willsie in B. Princeton sailors also competed at the War Memorial Regatta at the Naval Academy.
