Following an update to the University’s COVID-19 dashboard layout, as of March 16, the Campus Mitigation Level is listed as “Baseline,“ which includes high continued vaccine efficacy and mild to moderate symptoms in those who test positive.

Those identified as close contacts for a COVID-19 positive individual will still be required to wear masks, and any individual who has received a vaccine exemption or has not yet received a booster dose but is eligible to do so will be required to continue to test weekly.

The inadvertent update had stated that testing for fully vaccinated individuals would be reduced to once per month. A University spokesperson stated that the University has not announced any changes to testing protocol at this point.

While the total cost of attending college has increased across the Ivy League, financial aid packages have grown even more quickly. In 2020, 66 percent of Princeton undergraduates applied for financial aid, and the University’s average aid grant covered 86 percent of total costs.
