The exact date of the opening is as yet undetermined, but company officials have confirmed that the project is underway. MarketFair executives said that the restaurant is expected to be 3,580 square feet and that it will be built across from the food court.
The first “Bobby’s Burger Palace” opened in Lake Grove, New York, in 2008. Since then, Flay has opened locations in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Restaurant menus include a variety of hamburger options influenced by Flay’s signature southwestern style of cooking, ranging from classic cheeseburgers to the “Santa Fe Burger,” served with queso sauce, jalapenos and blue corn chips.
