With one of the nation's top teams — No. 5 New Hampshire — coming to Baker Rink on Saturday, the women's hockey team was hoping to make the game competitive. The Tigers did far more than that.
After playing 60 minutes, the two teams headed into overtime deadlocked in a scoreless tie. Then two minutes, 53 seconds into overtime sophomore forward Gretchen Anderson showed that Princeton is also one of the nation's top teams as she beat a defender and scored on a breakaway past Wildcat goalie Jen Huggon.

Anderson has been the top scorer for women's hockey so far this season and is the team's top offensive player. Now she also holds the distinction of helping the Tigers knock down one of the top teams in the country.
