Three members of the football team were honored as first team All-Ivy players this week. Senior linebacker Chris Roser-Jones, senior kicker Taylor Northrop and junior safety Kevin Kongslie were each named to the team.

Northrop was also named to the second team as a punter.

Steve Goodrich '98 was signed to a contract by the New Jersey Nets Tuesday after being cut by the team coming out of training camp.

The six-foot, 11-inch center will join one of the NBA's biggest surprises this year and will hope to make a contribution off the bench for the Nets.

Goodrich played for the Chicago Bulls briefly at the end of last season before not being re-signed. New Jersey picked him up during the summer, but cut him right before the season started.

In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Sophomore outside Kellie Cramm was named first-team All-Ivy and junior middle Abby Studer picked up honorable mention status for the women's volleyball team.

Cramm was sixth in the league in kills and digs per game, while Studer led the league in hitting percentage.

Freshman guard Karen Bolster of the women's basketball team was named Ivy League Rookie of the Week for her efforts in getting Princeton to a 3-1 early-season mark.

Bolster started her career in proper fashion, scoring 23 points in her first game including seven 3-pointers.

Bolster currently leads the Tigers in scoring, averaging 14.8 points. She has seven steals and five assists thus far.
