His rush earned them a first down. That would be their only first down of the entire game.

The score was 13-13, and Yale had just called a timeout. Neither team had led a set by more than four points throughout the entire match. It was anyone’s match for the taking. And the Tigers took it.
The Wisconsin adidas Invitational was a race of titans. Making up what was perhaps the deepest and most competitive mid-season meet in recent NCAA history, 21 of the nation’s top 30 cross-country powerhouses toed the line on Friday in Madison, Wis. When the gun goes off for the men’s 8K race at 1:40 p.m. on Friday, of the 40-team field, no fewer than 20 of the top 30 ranked teams in the nation will toe the line. Not to be outdone, the women’s 6K race will likewise feature 18 ranked squads.
In the world of sports, the goalkeeper holds a unique role. The position varies subtly from sport to sport, but the basics are simple — goalies organize and oversee the team’s defense during the course of play and must be willing to sacrifice their bodies to prevent goals.
Princeton University has made it a priority to position itself at the forefront of knowledge and achievement. Our students are innovative, our professors are inspiring and our alumni are both successful and generous. This has held true for centuries. Sadly, in recent years, our sprint football team’s accomplishments in the classroom have not been mirrored by victories on the field.
