The Indigo Girls concert slated for tonight on Poe Field now will take place in Dillon Gym, according to USG social chair Carolyn Chao '01.
The decision to change venues was made at the request of the Indigo Girls' managers, who said they were concerned the cool temperatures would affect the performance, Chao said. The managers also were worried the Indigo Girls' acoustic sound would not carry well outdoors, Chao noted.
The 200 tickets still available for the concert will be sold at the door. The show, which features opening act Rose Polenzani, begins at 8 p.m.
