No. 2 Princeton women’s squash recorded two wins at home last weekend against no. 4 Yale and Brown, granting them an overall record of 9–1 and an Ivy League record of 4–1.
The Princeton women’s squash team will face St. Lawrence at home this weekend in their last match before the new year. The Tigers are currently undefeated with a record of 4–0. According to the College Squash Association’s College Squash Rankings, Princeton women’s squash is presently ranked third in the country behind No. 2 Trinity College and No. 1 Harvard University.
Men’s cross country ran its way to a third-place finish at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (HEPS) at Van Cortlandt Park in New York last Friday. Senior captain Conor Lundy, Princeton’s third finisher to cross the line, picked up his fourth consecutive All-Ivy title, making program history.
Princeton men’s cross country’s first-year and varsity starters participated in their season opener on Saturday, tearing up the eight-kilometer course at the Paul Short Invitational at Lehigh University. In a race of over 600 competitors, all 15 of Princeton’s runners ranked in the top 50; the Tigers put seven in the top 10. Only 43 seconds separated the Tigers’ first and 15th finisher.
