Albert Einstein lived at this house at 112 Mercer St. for 20 years. The cozy black-and-white home is now owned by Institute for Advanced Study professor Eric Maskin, who won a Nobel Prize in economics yesterday, following in the footsteps of his illustrious predecessor.
