Members of the University received a Campus Safety Alert on Tuesday night about a reported incident of lewdness that occurred near the University around 6:15 p.m.

An undergraduate student was arrested following an incident at Tower Club early on Jan. 22 and charged with simple assault and criminal restraint.

Students and Public Safety officials ought to be on the same page — the general welfare and comfort of the Princeton community is everyone’s objective. Unfortunately, this ethos has not been created and Public Safety’s mode of operation has sometimes turned hostile and even adversarial.

At clubs up and down Prospect Avenue, there may be a new guest at lunch — Public Safety. To develop stronger relationships with the clubs and their leadership, Public Safety officers have now been paired for the first time with each eating club to act as official liaisons.

A man reportedly exposed himself to two female students Thursday night while they were running in the West Windsor fields, the Department of Public Safety announced in a campus-wide email.
