U.S. Circuit Court Judge Denny Chin ’75 rejected a proposed settlement between Google, The Authors Guild and The Association of American Publishers that would have allowed the leading Internet search engine company to proceed with its Google Books Search project on Tuesday. The decision has major implications for the University’s digitization efforts.

Alumni, along with family and friends, flocked to campus on Saturday to attend events held on the University’s Alumni Day.

With Denny Chin ’75 narrating, 13 students celebrated Constitution Day on Thursday afternoon by reenacting the historic 1942 trial of Minoru Yasu, who intentionally violated a curfew imposed upon Japanese-Americans during World War II.
