After nearly two years of standing empty, the 140 Nassau St. storefront where Ricky’s Candy, Cones and Chaos once stood will gain a tenant this summer.

The Princeton Joint Revaluation Study Commission concluded that a legal challenge of a property tax revaluation would not likely succeed and makes recommendations for how public communication of the revaluation process could be improved in future years.
