Hamilton Jewelers, a jewelry store on Nassau Street, was robbed on Sunday afternoon, according toPlanet Princeton.
An employee at the store dialed 911 at 1:35 p.m. on Sunday to report that a man had allegedly run from the store with a Rolex watch valued at more than $46,000.
According to the report, the suspect is described as a Black male in his early 20s, with short hair, no facial hair and about 6 feet tall.
The suspect allegedly entered the store, pushed the employee aside and ran away from the store with the watch.
The suspect was last seen allegedly running west on Nassau Street wearing blue jeans, a striped shirt and sunglasses. Police patrols combed the surrounding area for the suspect and were unable to locate him.
No injuries were reported.
