News & Notes: University of Pennsylvania sophomore dies, 4th death since winter break
University of Pennsylvania sophomore Elvis Hatcher died Tuesday, according to a report by The Daily Pennsylvanian. His death was ruled a suicide, said Jeff Moran, spokesperson for the Philadelphia Medical Examiner’s Office.
