A company called "Jammin' Crepes" has finalized a deal toopen a cafe at 20 Nassau Street, Planet Princeton reported. They hope to open for business by spring.
The restaurant will serve all three meals and will provide free wifi. It willbe located next door to the Red Onion and will offer seasonal crepes and homemade jams, as well as a daily selection of baked goods.

The company's co-ownershave been selling their crepes at local farmers' markets for three years. The owners include two Princeton mothers, Kim Rizk andKathy Klockenbrink, along with Rizk's husband, Amin.
The co-owners will continue to run stands at farmers' markets this spring. The owners have made a five-year deal on the cafe.
