    Meanwhile, the Art History department caters all of its student events, and has thousands per student in endowed funding to dish out. Let's reallocate money to legitimately productive uses, like science and engineering.

    @'2013 If it's endowed, it can't be redistributed. Also, thousands of dollars is a drop in the ocean - you could only run an experiment at PPPL for a few days on that money. Don't pick on the humanities, all research should be funded - lobby the government instead.
