University of Sao Paulo, Princeton to launch strategic partnership this fall

    Parabéns to all for this timely strategic partnership ! What an admirable step in the continuing globalization of Princeton. I can only admire Princeton’s unique and thoughtful approach to become even more international: building on student and faculty interests, encouraging and supporting their growth through a well-conceived and properly funded framework, then establishing strong, formal institutional ties is wonderful and promising…
    The tie-in with Brazil is particularly fortunate and auspicious. This Princeton-USP enlace, with intensive language programs, Global Scholars and Seminars, “research abroad” opportunities and visiting faculty, will encourage more undergraduates to focus on this very important part of our world and should attract more Brazilians to Princeton.
