Great editorial
I understand these feelings, but it seems that there is no evidence that these allegations are true. Why should Princeton be a pawn in a game that seems to be run by the labor union to smear a company that is likely very similar to many other hotel companies out there in their practices?
I agree with JP. I would like to have seen the editorial board give more treatment of whether the allegations are against HEI are actually true. It's in the union's self interest to spread as many allegations as they can in order to pressure the management to give more concessions in the form of higher wages and greater benefits. Great article. I'm enjoying your more crusading turn, editorial board!
since when did the edits board NOT crusade?
Ahaha, yeah, I guess I mean crusading on issues that aren't whether Wilson college should serve potatoes on a Tuesday vel sim.
If you want to make a difference this week, while the spotlight is on Princeton to do something in the wake of Yale and Harvard's decisions, you can follow this link to send an email to Princeton's administration asking them to disinvest. Be sure to put a sentence at the beginning explaining your affiliation with Princeton. http://www.heiworkersrising.org/universities
