Very well written profile ! good job !
Marijuana was not "ubiquitous" on campus until the fall of 1968.
No wonder he hates police officers. Wonder why he hates teachers?
Sounds like a solid interview and well written article. Glad it was picked up in national news cycle.
Someone needs to talk to people in Indianapolis. He was stoned throughout high school and on his summer jobs, so there's no doubt in anyone's mind who knew him then that he was dealing those two shoeboxes full of marijuana, yet admits only to "using" because his parents got the record either altered or expunged. The guy lies about everything. He has been caught in lies about job creation in Indiana and now is lying about his drug record. Who could trust this little weasel?
Back in the day, the Prince fellated Donald Rumsfeld as he destroyed the country. Will Mitch Daniels follow a similar trajectory?
"Dabble." What a fascinating euphemism; soon to become the exclusive province of politicians who would like to see others punished for what they themselves have done.
A lesson lurks here: do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
This is a fluff piece intended to rewrite history. The man was a stoner and a dealer. He says:
"We had a rather large supply at a time when things were kind of dry around the campus so we may have helped a couple people out but there was never any sale or enterprise involved,” he explained.
Yeah. Whatever, dude.
Where's the Republican support for the idea of ending govt. interference in peoples' lives? Why should the govt. care what you eat/drink/smoke? When are these hypocrites going to take the money out of this criminal enterprise? LEGALIZE!
Great question, but you are looking at it the wrong way around. Republicans hate anything which might make someone (else's) life better or more bearable, and that it what they mean by "government interference." Snooping into what you and your significant other do under the covers is just good ol' boy prurient interest masquerading as militant morality, and is perfectly OK with them.
I understand that part of the Tea Party budget proposal is a clause to make the use of the word "hypocrite" a felony.
