We, The American People, never know enough about any candidate for any government position. We are only given what the White House wants us to know. MUCH CAUTION IN CHOOSING THIS PERSON IS NEEDED!!! The Supreme Court has too much power. If the wrong people are on this Court System, they could, and would take away all of the "Rights We Already Have!"

    LOL

“very much an Obama-type person — moderate Democrat, consensus builder.” Is this a joke? Obama is the most radical and divisive president in US history.

Kagan's pretty baller and I think liberals would be happy with her. The Republicans look like they're going to make a fuss if Obama chooses someone "outside the mainstream," and Kagan would probably be considered within the mainstream. Personally, I think we want someone more liberal than her, but who can also help bring Kennedy around on close issues. I think Obama should fight for a liberal Scalia, but we'll see how that works out...

"she was the editorial chairman of The Daily Princetonian"

This alone should disqualify her from consideration. She is obviously incompetent.

The editorial board is completely separate from the rest of the Prince, and there have been many stellar people who chaired it. Besides, things may have been better overall... once upon a time.
