Why did no one ask Patraeus why the US needs to go gallivanting around the world, imposing "democracy" through force?

Leach knows nothing about the Constitution, obviously. Congress shall make *no* law...abridging the freedom of speech. Just because individuals have banded together to form a corporation, they still have the right to express themselves through donations.

Leach conveniently ignores that the problem is Congress, which has become nothing more than the monopoly of theft. If Congress recognized that they shouldn't be in the business of subsidizing farming, big banks, unions, etc., there would be no reason for lobbying in the first place.

I suppose this is expected from people who get their degrees in socialism.

    Nevada, Yeah

seriously what are those interests that we have in Afghanistan? what is our goal there? if we've been there for 9 years and still haven't managed to "eliminate the Taliban" then what makes us think that we will now? I really don't understand why we have been in Afghanistan for so long.

"Our" goal is nonexistent. The goal of the US government is to continue to police the world, to expand the welfare-warfare state, and to assume more and more control of our lives...

    hello

No our goal in Afghanistan is to build a pipeline through Turkmenistan to the Caspian Sea. It's an oil-rich region, also a major strategic position in central Asia. We would have done this without force but the Taliban would not play ball with us so we had to oust them. September 11 was a false flag operation by the US govt, (using demolition charges) as the pretext for war. Israel is in on it too.

This is all common knowledge outside US. It is all on the google. Also see ae911truth.org.

Oh noz!! the security word is "regret".

Right, why the US needs to protect a country with nuclear weapons from a country with nothing is beyond me.

    hello

    @ change

It seems that the US and Israel are the same state, with the same rulers. what is so hard to understand? why else would we give a third of US aid to Israel, and to question anything about Israel is career suicide?

Events seem confusing because the mainstream media deliberately bury these stories and perpetuate the narrative that the U.S. was 'attacked' by 'Al-Qaeda' (which was a CIA project to fight the Russians, remember?)

Seriously this is getting surreal, do people still believe the official story or do they know the truth about 9/11 and just don't talk about? When I was in Pton it seemed that people ostensibly believed it. It may be hard to see the truth when you are still caught up in the 'system.'

    hello...obviously...

The MSM is a complete sham, as is the US government.

Whatever happened to the good old slogan "question authority?" Nowadays, we peons are not permitted to doubt our overlords (whether they reside in the Imperial DC or at the Bilderberg conferences)
