    Is there any way to prevent the same person to repeatedly call and "vote" many times for one result? It's fast and free - and, if I'm not mistaken, the number from which the call is made is not tracked. Or is it?

    It checks the number calling against a list of hashed telephone numbers that have already called, and discards the call if it's found in the list.
