It should be an interesting game. That is, interesting to see if Princeton lose by 35 or 40 points.
You will be "Embarrassed on Saturday" this week when The tigers get the win.
An epic struggle for 4th place in the Ivy League!
So it has come to this after a decade of Roger Hughes, Princeton football is 'fighting' to stay out of the cellar for the first time in 36 years. I can't imagine what the next ten years of Roger Hughes will bring!
I was sitting in the Penn section last Saturday. They don't really hate us anymore, now that we're horrible. It takes evenly matched teams to make a rivalry better.
I'm curious what people's thoughts are on whether or not Coach Hughes will be let go. I've heard that he has one more year on his contract, and unlike a BCS school, Princeton probably can't afford to buy him out year early. However, leaving him on for one more year with the foreknowledge that it will probably be his last would probably result in an even more epically terrible season. It's a catch-22.
I am curious about the probably impaired thinking of a poster at 3:13
AM, putting down the team and classmates. These guys are fighting hard
to win, and with a coaching staff that has also never given up. They desreve you rsupport.
i actually hope they do let go of coach hughes, although i hear he is a nice guy. it's just sad to see the guys on the team work so hard, and for what? to not only lose, but to get shut down game after game. something just doesn't seem right...
Coach Roger Hughes did a good job and a great win vs YALE. 26 Football players injured and 6 ACL tears. Next year 2010 will be a good year. Support Princeton Football team and players.
