  Islam does not mean "peace" no matter who says it or how many times. It means, literally, "submission". To what is open for debate, but usually in Muslim countries it is the submission to Allah.

  another thing. If there was armenian genocide realy truely then there would'nt be a place called armenia. Armenian genocide is not true! Turks said lets call all the international history reseachers and investigate together and if its true then Turks would accept but what does armenia say? they say no reseachers because its a lie! cant poeple see the facts.

  islam and salaam and muslim are all from the same root in arabic (s-l-m)
  salaam means peace, as in assalaam alaykum = peace be upon you
  muslim means submitter to God ("to what" is actually not debatable, don't know where you got that)
  but the direct translation of islam itself is peace.
