Princeton has five players chosen in the 2004 draft.
A pitcher with an ERA of 4.43 and a win loss record of 2and3 is a 3rd round draft choice. How sad that Atlanta scouts are this bad.
Congratulations, David! (also Brad and Jack). As you guys already see, one of the unfortunate prices of top-level athletic accomplishment is the need to tolerate the rantings of ill-informed "fans" who get their jollies from disparaging others. Sadly, "Hammerin" won't be the last idiot you'll hear from - ignore them all.

Hale is an outstanding college pitcher with FB velocity into the mid-90s and good movement on the ball. Like almost everyone coming out of college, he'll need some development before he is ready for the MLB. Why is it so hard for you to acknowledge his achievement (as well as Brad's and Jack's) and offer a few words of support and encouragement? You must be one damaged soul...
Congratulations, David! I have watched David play since he was 5. His desire has been to work hard and condition and improve. He's the best and the Braves have selected the best in character and ability. Hard work has paid off.
I don't understand why someone would attend Princeton for three years and then leave before graduating. That's a lot of money in tuition that could have been saved.
@P'11
He's finishing in two falls. He'll finish his college degree, so give it a break all right?
Congrats Dave! (and everyone else)
Congratulations guys! So happy your hard work paid off. Make Princeton proud!
Congratulations guys! I'm quite jealous.
